• Court Bonds

  We need a completed and signed Form 10 Application with business and personal financial statements for all court bonds. On bonds over $10,000 we will also require copies of the supporting court papers.

  Plaintiff's court bonds with a penalty of $25,000 or less are charged one premium. Defendant's bonds and larger plaintiff's bonds are charged an annual renewal premium.

  The price for these bonds is $10 per $1,000 for plaintiff bonds or $20 per $1,000 for defendat bonds. There is a $100 minimum.

• Probate or Fiduciary

  We need a completed and signed Form 10 Application

  The price for these bonds is:

  Amount of Bond		Price
  up to $15,000		$100
  $15,000 to $200,000		$50 plus $5 per $1,000 in excess of $5,000
  $200,000 to $500,000		$1,025 plus $3 per $1,000 in excess of $200,000
  above $500,000		$1,925 plus $2 per $1,000 in excess of $500,000

  On Administrator, Personal Representative & Executor bonds of $25,000 or less, the premiums are for the term of the bond; no renewal premiums will be charged. On all other bonds, the premium is per year.
